Separate spouts with main body supported bag holding clamps at bagging off height for each separation i.e. Heaviest (stone and other heavy substances), Middlings, Lighter and lightest substances. RECTANGULAR shape of deck provides greater capacity and accuracy. Eccentrics are perfectly keyed and aligned on the shaft to avoid any unwanted vibration. Feed hopper is provided with feed control device.

The product, consisting of approximately equal sized grains/seeds/ particles, is gravity fed from the hopper to the deck. Oscillation speed, sidewise as well as lengthwise inclination of deck, air steam with air control pressure which is created by multi-fan system under the deck cause the grains/ particles to arrange themselves in layers of uniform specific weight. The lighter particles keep floating in the air cushion but with the oscillation speed they keep on moving towards lower edge of the deck where they are collected in the bag through spout. The heavier grains/particles donot float in the air cushion & thus will remain in contact with the deck
