The closed water circuit is equipped with a multistage centrifugal pump, storage tank, flow control valve, and an inductive flow meter, allowing precise measurement of flow rate, pressure, speed, and torque. Each turbine is connected in parallel with an individual dynamometer for torque measurement.

With real-time digital monitoring and PC-based data analysis, this rig ensures accurate performance evaluation, characteristic curve plotting, and efficiency calculations for different turbines under varying operating conditions.
